Activity Leaders: PLHS Future Leaders, supervised by Stewart Sands, Active Schools Coordinator
Kit Required: Clothing and footwear appropriate for indoor activity (shorts, jogging bottoms or leggings; t-shirt/jumper; indoor trainers); water bottle with name on it.
