Irish Dancing

Active is pleased to bring you Irish Dancing. The class will br brought to you by Annemarie from Aine Hay Academy of Dance.

The class will offer complete beginners the opportunity to learn the basic movements involved in the unique for of dance that is Irish Dancing. Along side the steps these early classes will help children develop their timing, co-ordination and rhythm. 

As well as the above Irish dancing will help improve fitness at the same time as learning a new skill and having fun.
