Dunbar Rugby Skills Sessions – Learn, Play, Improve!

Rugby skills are the individual technical moves performed during the various phases of the game. Working on these skills is a key part of training, from rugby school all the way up to the pro level. The goal is to improve each player’s technique in a number of different areas.

Our sessions focus on developing these skills through small-sided games and fun rugby drills. Each week brings something new, keeping training fresh and engaging for everyone.

Sessions are led by Rowan, Rugby Development Officer at Dunbar Rugby Club.

Where: Dunbar Primary School (or specify location if different)
