East Lothian Dragons Basketball Club

is an open and inclusive club providing kids in East Lothian with the opportunity to play our fun, fast paced sport in a safe and nurturing environment.

As a club we provide a friendly and welcoming environment for young people.

We also have an U14s session and Young Person / Adult session running once a week where anyone looking to learn the game or get back into the sport is more than welcome to come along.

Our coaches, who are all fully qualified, first aid trained and PVG checked, not only provide our kids with basketball skills but mentor them to give life skills which develop them as players and people.
While we are a small club we are very proud that we have developed players who have gone on to represent Scotland and GB basketball with other clubs after their time at the Dragons has finished.

Though associated with East Lothian Active Schools the following sessions are entirely managed and run by the East Lothian Dragons Basketball Club.

Malcolm will then ask parents to complete a East Lothian Dragons Basketball Club registration form.

Dragons U14s

Open to any East Lothian Secondary 1 & 2 pupils

Wednesdays - 6.15pm to 7.30pm at Knox Academy

Dragons Transition 18s to Adult

Open to any East Lothian Secondary 16, 17 or 18 year olds

Wednesdays - 8.00pm to 9.30pm at Knox Academy
