Taekwondo
This class is offered in partnership with Dave Clark Taekwondo club. The class is suitable for beginners and provides a taster of Taekwondo.
This class focuses on developing basic moves and fitness with no contact work for primary school beginners.
This class provides a pathway and a strong link with the club with opportunities to take your Taekwondo further!
No Taekwondo suit is required for beginners. Just come in comfortable clothes and bring a flat drink to keep you hydrated.
Please note you can only book this class once through Active Schools
