Active Schools Basketball

Basketball is back in Prestonpans! This is a fast-paced, energetic team sport that is brilliant for improving hand-eye coordination, agility and stamina. Players will take part in a variety of games and activities to learn and develop the fundamental skills of Basketball, such as dribbling, passing and shooting. Our P4-7 Basketball classes are currently open to children from both Prestonpans and Tranent school areas, offering a great opportunity for pupils to build friendships and meet children from other schools.

This term, we also have an opportunity for P7's in the Prestonpans area who will be moving up to PL after the summer, to join in with the Secondary Basketball sessions as a transition activity.
