Wake and Shake – Start Your Day the Active Way!
Join us for a fun and energising Wake and Shake session before school! This lively morning activity is designed to get pupils moving, smiling, and ready to learn. Through playground games, and playful movement games, we’ll boost energy levels, improve focus, and set a positive tone for the day ahead.
Whether your child loves to be active, or just wants to wake up with a smile, this session is a great way to kickstart the morning. No experience needed – just come along and get moving!
