Table Tennis

We are hoping to develop the primary table tennis throughout Tranent over the next school year.  We are aiming to work in partnership with East Lothian Clubs to build a sustainable programme for the future. Table tennis, also known as ping pong, is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight ball back and forth across a table using a small paddle. Play is fast and demands quick reactions so you better be ready!

We are looking to see who would be interested in a club within the Tranent cluster to determine the demand for participation.  If you would like to be part of a basketball club then please sign up to the below.  We aim to offer boy and girl clubs with mixed training to ensure everyone gets the best possible opportunity to participation.

We provide support for any pupil who requires assistance financially.  Please contact mcampbell2@elcschool.org.uk for more information.

Due to current Scottish Executive guidelines, if a programme is held at a school, only pupils of that school can attend.  Once we have clarity on changes, we will update our information and notify you accordingly.
