 Join Dr Arran Johnston of the Scottish Battlefields Trust for an illustrated talk about the Battle of Dunbar in 1650, presented in the historic Spott Kirk. Refreshments will be available afterwards, and there will be an opportunity to view a special exhibition about the battle in the church Watch-house.

 This is part of a weekend of activities marking the anniversary of the Battle of Dunbar in 1650. Discover how Oliver Cromwell inflicted a devastating defeat on Scotland’s Army of the Covenant, in one of the country’s most significant military campaigns.
