2024 Summer Reading Challenge in East Lothian Libraries: Marvellous Makers! 

The Reading Agency’s annual Summer Reading Challenge encourages children ages 4-11 to read for fun, and happens in libraries every year in the summer holidays. This year, the theme is Marvellous Makers and its all about creativity. From dance to drawing, junk modelling to music, there’s something for everyone. The Summer Reading Challenge runs 22^nd June – 24^th August, 2024.

Please note all children under 8 should be accompanied by an adult.

• Pebble Painting. Running 1st July through 10th August during our opening hours. Come along and paint a pebble to add to William Snakespeare in our garden. All ages, no booking required.
