 FAMILY ACTIVITIES

 

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, therefore spaces must be booked for both adults and children attending. 

Our activities are aimed at families with children age 5+, however younger siblings may attend for free.

Please ensure you wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear on the day. 

There is a car parking fee at some of our coastal car parks.

If there is no 'Book Now' button shown the event it is fully booked.

Refunds will only be issued up to a week before the date of the event.

Tree Planting John Muir Country Park

Saturday 14th March | John Muir Country Park | Sessions between 1000 & 1345

Join the Rangers and Balanced Horizon, a local environmental charity, for phase one of a native woodland re-planting scheme at John Muir Country Park following the damage of Storm Arwen. This is an opportunity for you to enhance your local environment by creating important wildlife habitats and an attractive amenity space for our community.    

We plan to plant 1000 broadleaved native trees in March in this first phase of planting which will complement natural regeneration within the woodland. 

Gloves and spades provided.

Meeting Point: Linkfield Car Park (the one near East Links Family Park) by the toilet block
