FAMILY ACTIVITIES
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, therefore spaces must be booked for both adults and children attending.
Our activities are aimed at families with children age 5+, however younger siblings may attend for free.
Please ensure you wear suitable outdoor clothing and footwear on the day.
There is a car parking fee at some of our coastal car parks.
If there is no 'Book Now' button shown the event it is fully booked.
Refunds will only be issued up to a week before the date of the event.

Go searching for bugs in the woods and find out about the amazing jobs these tiny creatures do in our woodlands! Take a walk around the Museum and Heritage Park afterwards, or get refreshments from the Museum café!

The Kittiwakes at Dunbar Harbour 2026
Thursday 23rd July | 1300-1430 | Dunbar
A walk around Dunbar castle and cliffs to watch Kittiwakes and their young chicks. Learn about their ecology, how they survive, forage and breed. Bring warm clothes, even when the sun is shining it can't get cold with the wind at the harbour.
