Course Outcomes
Participants will understand:
• The role of the named education contact.
• The staged intervention process with universal, additional and targeted levels of need.
• How and when to use the Wellbeing Concern Form, the Universal Wellbeing Plan and the Child and Young Person’s Plan to identify and meet needs.
• How to use chronologies to support multi-agency planning and the characteristics of effective Child Planning Meetings.
Programme Outline
This course will allow participants to understand the Child and Young Person’s Planning Framework and enable them to provide a child centred and holistic approach to meet the needs of children, young people and their families.
