Outcomes
On completion of the course, participants will have developed their thinking on the following GTCS Standards:
- Promote collaborative practice to support a culture of learning within and beyond school (4.2.2)
- Critically engage with literature, research and policy (4.2.7)
Outline Programme
- An outline of the school’s experience of developing professional learning through a wide variety of approaches, and what we’ve learnt on the way.
- An example of how enquiry-based professional learning can be built into a Working Time Agreement.
- An opportunity for participants to share their school’s approaches to developing professional learning.
