Taekwondo

This class is offered in partnership with Dave Clark Taekwondo club. The class is suitable for beginners and provides a taster of Taekwondo. This class focuses on developing basic moves and fitness with no contact work for primary school beginners.

This class provides a pathway and a strong link with the club with opportunities to take your Taekwondo further! 

Just wear comfortable clothing to this class & no Taekwondo suit is required for beginners. Children will have to remove their shoes for the class.
