Course Information:

Please ensure you look at the course descriptions before booking to check entry requirements, course level, materials required and additional costs.

Most course fees do not include materials, books etc. Please check course descriptions.

To qualify for a reduced or concessionary fee you must be eligible at the time of enrolment and be prepared to provide evidence.

Courses with a low number of pre-enrolments may be cancelled before the first session.

Occasionally there may be a need to cancel a class at short notice.  Wherever possible we will endeavour to offer the class at a later stage.


Payments: 

You can make a variety of payments using this secure site with most major credit or debit cards (not Diners Card or American Express). If you pay by credit card, a surcharge of 1.4% for personal credit cards or 2.4% for commercial credit cards will be added to cover the Bank charges incurred by the Council.


Security Information:

 All online card payments are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits, which is the highest level commercially available. Your payment card details are directly processed by the Payment Management Division of Capita Software Services, a leading provider of secure online payments services to local government, and are not collected nor accessible by the Council.

Capita Software Services' online payment management solutions are independently and rigorously security assessed, and are certified by Visa and MasterCard as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 payment processor.
