DGS Couch 2 5K Club

We are offering our pupils the opportunity to be active and develop their running, health & wellbeing through our new running club.

This club will not be competitive running more for those wishing to maintain fitness or start getting fitter.

Day: Tuesdays

Time: 3.30-4.15

Cost: FREE

Venue: Meet at DGS PE

Participants will need to dress appropriate for running and weather.
