MGS CrossFit
At Musselburgh Grammar School we offer CrossFit to our pupils in partnership with CrossFit JXL Youths in Wallyford.
CrossFit is one of the fastest growing sports in the world which focuses on body conditioning, speed and agility. This is a fantastic opportunity for our pupils at MGS, to learn the basics of body conditioning as well as keeping fit and having fun.
As part of our P7 Extra – Curricular Transition programme we are offering current P7’s the opportunity to come and try out our current CrossFit sessions. This is a fantastic opportunity for P7’s to try out CrossFit, meet our coaches and make new friends ahead of joining us after the summer.
*Please note no experience is required and all equipment will be provided.
