MGS Volleyball
MGS are excited to start offering social volleyball sessions. Not only does it improve: hand-eye coordination, reflexes, and balance, it helps to develop teamwork and communication skills.
Sessions are available to S1-S6 students at MGS. Once signed up, your child can attend weekly training sessions, alongside friendly school games. Any volleyball opportunities will be advertised at training sessions and through our social media channels.
**Please Note by signing up your child, you are giving permission for them to participate in all volleyball training sessions and games during the school year.

Venue: Musselburgh Sports Centre & MGS Gym Hall 2
Ages: S1-S6
Days: Afterschool on Monday (excluding school holidays/closures) and lunch time club Monday to Thursday.
Times: Monday Afterschool: 3.30pm to 4.30pm @ Musselburgh Sports Centre
Lunchtime Club: 1.10pm to 1.40pm @ MGS Gym Hall 2
Price: FREE
First session of the year: Monday 25th August 2025
Notes:
- Irrespective of attending last season or not, ALL players must be signed up using this online system by a parent or guardian.
- The date 22/06/2026 used is a placeholder for the last day to sign up for the season.
- If your child has previously benefited from additional support, please let us know when signing up. We may call or email you to discuss further how we can help to support your child.
- Please note by signing your child up, you are giving permission for them to participate in school training and competitions, both home and away for season 2025/26.
